About John Katsavos
John strives to help people overcome depression and anxiety by getting them in shape and the importance of martial arts by improving their bodies, wealth, relationships with themselves and create a strong spiritual foundation.
His personal experience with this came in his mid-twenties when he almost jumped off a bridge. He found my saving grace through simple hacks in working out and martial arts.
That led him to become a personal trainer developing tools to help not only transform bodies, but also helping people regain long lost mobility issues ranging from age to past injuries.
His hope is to help inspire some young person to get out what ever funk that they might be in through my life story and others that I have helped.
His podcast is called The Fitness Oracle and its focus is men that have lost their place in this world and has left them in a state of depression. He focuses on giving them actual tools that he has developed over the last couple of decades of his life where he’s had to pick himself up from losing his job to losing his dream business and having to start over again. He provides solutions to get out of that state and prevent them from doing something that cannot be undone. He does this by providing them tips and tricks when it comes to exercise, lifestyle hacks, and martial arts secrets that cost nothing to get started.
