About RJ Grimshaw

RJ Grimshaw is the former CEO, President of UniFi Equipment Finance. He led a transformation that resulted in the company growing revenue from $13 million to $150 million from 2013 to 2023. He has dedicated a significant part of his career to championing the power of intrapreneurship in propelling businesses towards new heights, and his mission is to champion the idea that intrapreneurship should be the norm! RJ currently lives in Ann Arbor but grew up in upstate New York. He is finishing his book, ABLE LEADERSHIP. He is the Founder of Ascend Intrapreunership Mentoring. To interact with life learners that are always looking for constant and never-ending improvement. He loves playing pickleball, golf and traveling.
