Vicki retired in 2018 after 40 years in the corporate world. In 2017 she became a brand partner for an anti-aging/wellness business which compliments what she is doing as a coach of public speaking and leadership. To improve her confidence, she joined Toastmasters in 1998. As a Toastmaster International Region Advisor, she mentored and coached leaders. Vicki loves to help entrepreneurs, especially women find their voice and become confident, fierce leaders. Since 2011 she has worked with the youth to improve their confidence by coaching them on how to speak effectively. Vicki believes we must continually invest in our personal development. In 2021 she launched her speaking, training and coaching business that focuses on improving your online presence and being a leader in the 21st century. In 2022, she co-authored 4 collaborative books and launched The Find Your Leadership Confidence Podcast. Vicki currently has two online courses, webinars, and a coaching program. Vicki loves to remind her audience – It’s just a conversation.
